Changing the account owner will also change the billing contact for invoices.

To change account ownership and billing email address:

  1. Navigate to Admin and click on Manage users
  2. Invite the new email address as a Simplesat user.

Note: Account ownership can only transfer to a user with an Admin role.

3. Once the new email address is added, go back to the Manage users' page.

4. Find the user you'd like to edit and open the drop-down menu.

5. Click on Make owner then confirm by clicking on Transfer ownership.
