Create a new end-user
Head over to your Zendesk account, hover over + Add link in the top left corner, then select User.
Enter a name, email address, and make sure End-user is selected for the role.
Pro Tip: For name you can enter something easily identifiable, such as Simplesat Integration.

Manually verify the account
If SSO is enabled, an email might not send to the end-user, so you'll need to manually verify.
On the left-hand pane, click on the arrow down beside your email address and select Verify now.

Click on Security Settings
Navigate to Security Settings tab and click on Reset.

Once done, an email will be sent to your email address to create a new password.
