Keep your feedback organized through custom tags. The two most popular use cases here are to include tags for reasons (quality, response time, etc.), or for your team’s workflow (needs follow up, responded, etc.)

Tags are included in the feedback CSV export and API for all the data geeks out there. 😎

Most common types of tags

  • Reasons - Quality, Responsiveness, Professionalism, Turnaround time, Communication
  • Workflows - Needs follow-up, Pending response, Done

Tag responses to categorize "reasons", or to stay organized with your team.

To add tags:

  1. Head over to the Feedback page
  2. Click on the survey response that you'd like to add a tag
  3. On the left-side bar, click on + Add tag and then, click on Create new tag 
  4. Give your tag a name, select a color, and click on Save.
