Yes, it's possible! You just need to create a score widget for each survey.

Head over to your Simplesat account, and navigate to Admin > Feeback widgets.

Click on the create feedback widget button.

Select the Score on the pop-up box.

In the Source section, click the Survey drop-down list (the list contains all the survey that you've created), and choose the survey that you want.

Follow the same steps on the second score widget that you'd like to cerate. Customize the widget to your heart's desires, get the installation code and add it to your website. That's it! 😉
