Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, CES, 5-star, or NPS survey that you can embed directly to your CodeTwo email signature.
Create your survey
First, create a new survey.
Customize the survey settings to your heart's desires. 😁 Then, choose the External email embed option in the Publish tab.
Select CodeTwo.
Once you have the placeholders filled in, click Generate Embed Code. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey.

Add your survey in CodeTwo
Head over to your CodeTwo account, and click on the + icon > Add a new email signature > Add server-side signature rule.
Enter the name and description in the Overview tab.
Navigate to the Senders tab, click Add > Group members (inside organization) > Select a group. Click on the group that'll be using the email signature survey and click OK.
On the Recipients tab, click Add > External recipients.
Then, go to the Design tab > Edit signature > Select the template that you'd like to use or create your own.
Click where you would like to place the customer satisfaction survey. Then, click HTML snippet > paste the Simplesat survey code that you copied > click on the Insert button.
Customize the email signature survey to your heart's desire > click Apply & close. Go to the Manage Signatures App, click 💾 to save, and submit changes to your signature rules.
Try it out!
Create a test email with yourself or a colleague as the requester. Check your email, and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
