Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, CES, or NPS survey that you can embed directly in Outreach email notifications templates.

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings to your heart's desires. 😁 Then, choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish tab.

Select Outreach on the pop-up box.

Click the Generate Embed Code button. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey.

Outreach email placeholders

These are automatically included when you generate an Outreach survey embed code, but here they are just in case. πŸ˜‰

Add your survey to Outreach

Create a template

Head over to your Outreach account, and navigate to Templates.

You can either choose from the existing templates by clicking the Blueprint or Clone, or you can create a New template.

Click the code source button. Then, paste the survey code that you've copied from your Simplesat account.

Then, click Save.

Add the survey template to the Sequence

Head over to your Outreach account, and navigate to Sequences.

Create a sequence by selecting New, Blueprint, or Clone.

In this example, we created a New Sequence.

Set the Step Type to either Auto or Manual Email.

Click Templates and select the template where you pasted the Simplesat survey. Then, click Clone.

Try it out!

Create a test ticket with yourself as the requester. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
