Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, CES, or NPS survey that you can embed directly in Yesware email signatures.

Create your survey
First, create a new survey.
Customize the survey settings to your heart's desires. 😁 Then, choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish tab.
Select Generic Embed on the pop-up box.
Yesware doesn't have email placeholders, so you'd need to add the team member's details in the rating placeholders fields before generating the survey embed.
If you are on Yesware Enterprise plan, you can use dynamic fields to pull in information from the recipient's record in Salesforce.
Click the Generate Embed Code button. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey.
Add your survey to Yesware
Head over to your Yesware account, and navigate to Templates > click the template you want to edit or create a new template.
In the email template, click the section where you want to add the survey. Then, change it over to source code by clicking the source code icon.
Paste the survey code that you've copied from your Simplesat account.
Click the source code icon again to preview the survey, and click Save.
Try it out!
Create a test email with yourself as the recipient. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
