Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT or NPS survey that you can embed directly in Klaviyo campaigns.

Before activating any integrations you will first need to authenticate Simplesat with Klaviyo.

Start off by going to the Klaviyo integrations page by clicking here.

Click the authenticate button and log in with your Klaviyo account.

When asked, allow Simplesat to write data to Klaviyo.

You're now authenticated with Klaviyo. 🎉

Simplesat can update the corresponding contact profile after a customer submits feedback.

Here's an example of how this will look in Klaviyo:

Scroll down to configure integrations.

Authenticate with Klaviyo if you haven't done so already, then under Sync Simplesat feedback to Klaviyo profile click activate integration.

Simplesat can sync new and edited profiles from Klaviyo over to Simplesat

The following fields will be synced over:

The first time this integration gets activated it'll sync over all profiles, afterwards this integration will run once per day and sync over the profiles that have been updated in the 24 hours prior to that.

Scroll down to sync profiles from Klaviyo to Simplesat and click activate integration.
