Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT or NPS survey that you can embed directly in Klaviyo campaigns.

To authenticate with Klaviyo you will need an API Key.

Start off by opening Klaviyo, then click on your name in the bottom right corner and go to ⚙️ settings.

Navigate to the API keys tab and click create private API key.

Name your API key Simplesat and select full access key, then click create.

Next, copy your API key and go to the Klaviyo integrations page by clicking here.

Click the authenticate button and fill in your Klaviyo API Key.

Simplesat can update the corresponding contact profile after a customer submits feedback.

Authenticate with Klaviyo if you haven't done so already, then under Sync Simplesat feedback to Klaviyo profile click activate integration.
