Add a Simplesat survey to Maileon
Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, NPS, CES or 5-star survey that you can embed in your Maileon emails.
Authenticating with Maileon
To authenticate with Maileon you'll first need to set up an API key in Maileon.
Start off by opening Maileon and going to settings.
Then click on API keys in the left sidebar.
Click create a new API-key v1
Use the following settings foor your API key:
Name | Simplesat |
Status | Active |
Validity | Whenever you want your API key to automatically deactivate. This will also stop your integrations from working at that date. |
Permissions | Create (C) Read (R) Update (U) |
Then click create API-key v1
Once you've created your API key, click the small magnifying glass next to it and copy your API key.
Click authenticate and fill in the api key which you've just created.
You're now authenticated with Maileon! 🎉
Update contact's custom fields with feedback
Simplesat can update a contact's custom fields after they leave feedback.
Here's an example of what this looks like in Maileon:
To set this up, visit to the Maileon integration page by clicking here.
Authenticate if you haven't done so already, then scroll down to update contact's custom fields with feedback and click activate integration.
After the integration successfully activated, scroll down a little to field mapping.
Here your Maileon custom fields should automatically show up. Map the data to the field in which you'd like it to be displayed:
Once that's all done click save.
