Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT or NPS survey that you can embed directly in Monday.com email notifications.

First, create a new survey.

Set up your survey. Then go to the publish tab, select integrate with another tool and select Monday.com.

Next, click Generate Embed Code. Make sure you're on the link option, then click Copy survey.

Start off by opening Monday.com, then go to the board where you'd like to embed it and open any item.

In case you don't have this set up yet, you can add an emails & activities view to your items by clicking the + add view button.

Then add the emails & activities view.

Click on new email, then write what you'd like the email to contain and paste the survey link which you've generated earlier in there.

If the link turns blue then click on it and remove the url. Otherwise it won't be clickable for customers!

Next, click templates > save draft as new template and give your email template a name.

You can now insert your survey into any email by selecting your template! 🎉

Create a test ticket with yourself as the requester, then insert your new email template and send it. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
