Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, CES, or NPS survey that you can embed directly into Wisestamp email signature templates.

In this article:

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings, then choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish section and select Generic Embed in the pop-up box.

Select WiseStamp in the pop-up box.

Click the Generate Embed Code button. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey.

WiseStamp email placeholders:

These are automatically included when you generate a WiseStamp survey embed code, but here they are just in case. πŸ˜‰

Add your survey to WiseStamp

Head over to your WiseStamp account, and navigate to Templates. Then, select the template that you'd like to use.

Paste the HTML survey codes that you copied from your Simplesat account. Click Save and you're done! πŸ˜‰

Another way of using the survey is by adding the shortened survey link to the "Give us feedback" option in WiseStamp.

On the Simplesat survey Publish tab, click on Generate embed code button. Select the Link option, and click on the Copy survey.

Paste the survey link to the Link URL box, and click Save.

This is how success looks like:

Try it out!

Create a test email and send it to your other email address. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊

If you run into any issues let us know and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot. πŸ™Œ
