Simplesat allows you to create surveys that you can embed Monday.com email templates.

You'll need to authenticate your Monday.com account before installing any integration. Don't worry, you only need to do this once. 😉

First off, you'll need to generate an API token. To do this, open Monday.com, click on your initials in the top right corner and go to administration.

Go to the API tab and click generate.

Copy your token, then go to the Monday.com integration page by clicking here.

Click authenticate and fill in your newly created API token.

Each time your contact provides a rating, Simplesat will associate the following information with the response.

All information gathered through the API will override fields sent through URL parameters.

To set this up, go to the Monday integration page by clicking here.

Authenticate if you haven't done so already, then scroll down to pull item details and click activate integration.

Simplesat can push feedback to the related item as an update.
