Importing and syncing feedback data from Simplesat into Lifecycle Insights enables you to generate comprehensive and actionable reports that can drive improvements in your products or services.
Add Simplesat as Supplemental Data
To get started, you'll need to get your Simplesat Account Key on the Account settings page.
Note: Only the account owner or admins can access the Account Key.
Access your Lifecylce Insights account, and head over to Administration > Integrations.
In the Supplemental Data section, select Simplesat.
Paste the Account Key that you copied from your Simplesat account. Then, click save settings.
Viewing feedback in your Lifecycle Insights Account
After enabling the integration, Lifecycle Insights will start importing and syncing Simplesat feedback, enabling you to generate valuable reports with this information.
Note: The initial import may take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes or even longer to finish.
