Importing and syncing feedback data from Simplesat into Lifecycle Insights enables you to generate comprehensive and actionable reports that can drive improvements in your products or services.
Add Simplesat as Supplemental Data
To get started, you'll need to create your Simplesat API key.
Make sure to copy and store your API key in a secure location, as you'll need it later. Please note that the full API key secret is only shown once. If it's lost, you'll need to generate a new key.
Note: Only Owners and Admins can create, edit, or delete API keys.
Access your Lifecylce Insights account, and head over to Administration > Integrations.
In the Supplemental Data section, select Simplesat.
Paste your Simplesat API key. Then, click save settings.
Viewing feedback in your Lifecycle Insights Account
After enabling the integration, Lifecycle Insights will start importing and syncing Simplesat feedback, enabling you to generate valuable reports with this information.
Note: The initial import may take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes or even longer to finish.
