To auto-publish feedback, navigate to the Feedback filtering section in your widget settings. Remove the "Published is true" filter and choose your preferred filters.

On a 5-rating scale CSAT, if you want to automatically publish only positive 5 rating comments for a specific team member, set your filters as follows:
