Add a Simplesat survey to Odoo
Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, NPS, CES or 5-star survey that you can embed in your automated Odoo email notifications.
Authenticating with Odoo
To authenticate with Odoo visit the Odoo integration page by clicking here.
Click authenticate, then fill in your Odoo url (without a / at the end), database name, username and password.
You're now authenticated with Odoo! π
Pull ticket details
Each time your customer provides a rating, Simplesat will associate the following information with the response.
Object | Data collected |
Ticket | ID, Name, Priority |
Customer | ID, Name, Email, Company |
Assigned to | ID, Name, Email |
All information gathered through the API will override fields sent through URL parameters.
Here's an example of how this will look in Simplesat:
To enable this, visit the Odoo integrations page by clicking here.
Authenticate with Odoo if you haven't done so already, then under pull ticket details click activate integration.
Once you've successfully activated the integration, scroll down a little and configure the integration to only run on your Odoo Helpdesk surveys.
