Withheld feedback is what occurs when the monthly feedback allocation for your plan is exceeded, or when feedback is received during a period where your plan is expired or canceled.
Customers can continue to submit feedback as normal, but any feedback received above your plan's threshold, or during an inactive plan period, will be temporarily inaccessible. It will not be reflected in your account's statistics or visible on feedback lists.
A notification will be visible on your Feedback page, prompting you to upgrade your plan through your account's billing settings for immediate access to the withheld feedback.
