Simplesat gives users the option to choose between two, three, four or five-scale CSAT surveys. 

There are pros and cons to each type of scale. In general, a smaller scale is simpler to present, while a larger scale offers more granularity in the data you collect. 

Changing the rating scale

To change the rating scale, toggle the options in the button group as shown below.

Sentiment mapping

Each choice is mapped to a sentiment: positive, neutral, or negative

The sentiment differs based on which type of scale the CSAT survey is.
