This feature is not available through the front-end yet, but the Simplesat team can do this manually for you.
To kick off the process send us a CSV file of the feedback you'd like imported. The file needs to have these:
Date
Rating value
Comments (if there are any)
Customer's name and email address
Ticket ID
Team member's name and email address
Board
You can also send the file from your previous survey solution and we'll work with you to prepare the data and get it in your Simplesat account. 👍
