In October 2020, Simplesat launched a new two-tier pricing structure.

Why?

As we grow our user base, we're continuing to find that there are two distinct types of customers:

  1. Small-medium sized businesses that collect well under 1,000 responses each month. For the most part, Simplesat's current feature set satisfies their needs.

  2. Large-enterprise businesses that collect well over 1,000 responses each month. There is a growing need for advanced customization, branding, security, and other "enterprise-grade" features.

Our latest pricing update lets us address the second enterprise group without making any changes to the other.

Simplesat's legacy pricing structure

Before the latest pricing update, the plan included unlimited emails and feedback, and all features are available to users.

What does Legacy pricing mean?

We're counting all "Legacy" plans as our current Standard plan, which has access to all features under the said plan.

How do I modify my existing Legacy plan?

The UI in the Simplesat dashboard now only shows new plans. If you're on a legacy plan, you won't be able to switch between monthly or yearly without moving to the new pricing.
