Head over to your Simplesat account and access the Smartsheet integration page.

You'll need to authenticate your Smartsheet account before installing any integration. Don't worry, you only need to do this once. 😉

Clicking the authenticate button will redirect you to Smartsheet. Log in (if not so already), and press allow to log in.

Smartsheet should now be authenticated with Simplesat.

Simplesat can sync data from Simplesat to a Smartsheet

Here's an example of how this will look in Smartsheet:

To set this up go to the Smartsheet integrations page.

Authenticate if you haven't done so already, then scroll down to Sync feedback data from Simplesat to Smartsheet and click Activate integration.

After the integration has been activated, you'll need to enter the Sheet ID below and map which data you want synced to which column.

Scroll down a little to field mapping and select lookup next to the sheet ID.
Select the sheet in which you would like your feedback to appear.

Next, map the Simplesat values to the corresponding columns.

Once you're done, click save.

Simplesat can send customer data from a Smartsheet to Simplesat.

To set this up go to the Smartsheet integrations page.

Authenticate if you haven't done so already, then scroll down to Update customers in Simplesat when sheet is updated (webhook) and click Activate integration.

At this point you'll need to contact Simplesat support to map the correct sheet and columns. Don't worry, this won't take too long!
