Thinking of implementing a survey, but you're not using any ticketing software? Don't fret! You can embed a generic survey on your Gmail, or Outlook signature, and be able to pull the data using Gorgias Templates.

First, install the free browser extension from here: Gorgias Templates

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings, then choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish section and select Generic Embed in the pop-up box.

Enter Gorgias' placeholders/variables into the fields:

Add your survey to Gmail
